Electronics - The New Muse
I've been getting really into designing circuits the past couple years, which is a stark contrast to when I started college and absolutely hated circuits. I didn't used to see the appeal, but after playing around with them for a bit I was hooked. Once I found out that I could create my own custom PCBs that was it, I was in deep. It was the final link in the chain that allows me to design and build anything: it ties together my software knowledge to the necessary hardware to run it, and the mechanics knowledge to do whatever else is required. Below is a Linked-In article I wrote, going over my new love for electronics (I was really into PCB design at the time). I'll update this page later with what else I'm working on.
Current projects:
- JARVIS V3 - Rocket flight computer for high-powered applications
- Battery backup switch for rocket flight electronics (sensing a theme yet?)
